Are you ready to take your blacksmithing skills to the next level? Join us for an unforgettable day at The Ogre’s Forge, where you’ll learn the art of forging your very own tomahawk from raw steel.
Our Saturday class runs from 9 AM to 5 PM and is designed to guide you through every step of the process — from shaping and forging the head to grinding, heat-treating, and attaching the handle.
Throughout the course, you’ll explore traditional blacksmithing techniques that have stood the test of time. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some forging experience, Joshua will be there to guide you, offering hands-on instruction and tips to help you succeed.
All materials, tools, and safety gear are provided. We’ll take breaks for lunch and refreshments during the day, and by the end of the class, you’ll walk away with a fully finished tomahawk that’s both functional and beautiful — a true testament to your hard work at the anvil.
