The knife begins with a 4-inch tanto-style blade, hand forged from 1075 high-carbon steel and finished in a rugged matte finish. The angular tanto profile gives the blade its bold, distinctive silhouette, while a solid copper guard adds warmth and contrast against the dark steel.

The handle is where this piece truly comes alive. Genuine whitetail antler is paired with black acrylic and copper accents, blending natural texture with rich, modern materials. An Edo-style wrap completes the handle, adding another layer of visual detail and Japanese influence while creating a distinctive grip.

The mix of matte steel, aged-looking antler, deep black, and warm copper gives the Copper Shogun a look that feels both refined and untamed—as if two very different traditions met at the forge and decided they belonged together.

A custom handcrafted leather pouch-style sheath completes the knife, providing a classic and practical way to protect and carry the blade.

    Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Due to the limited number of spots available in each class, all class registrations are non-refundable.

    We understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, your payment may be transferred to store credit with The Ogre’s Forge to be used toward a future class, product, or other eligible purchase.

    Store credit will be issued in place of a refund and has no cash value. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided for class registrations.

    If The Ogre’s Forge must cancel or reschedule a class, we will work with registered students to arrange a new class date or provide appropriate store credit.
